a final tribute to the place i called home a fantabulous five months away from singapore.
that's my apartment directly above the bicyles; that's my room with the blinds up.

i was unimpressed by paris. the place was dirty; metro stations were smelly (in the toilet sense); people were rude and couldn't speak english! i may have been wowed by the sheer size of the eiffel tower but the tourist crowd certainly was a turnoff. personally i wldn't recommend paris as a honeymoon destination.
anyway these are the great companions i had for the last leg of the europe tour :)

budget traveling in europe means spending one day in a random (and boring!) city even if it wasn't part of your traveling plan because that was the cheapest way to get to your destination.

the next time i visit santorini, i'll be with my bf (LOL!), ride the atv and stay at oia :)

and i never thought i'd have a chance to visit one of the seven wonders of the world!

they say that when you go to pisa, you have to do the mandatory support-the-leaning-tower shot. this is what happens when everyone tries to do that at different spots. i'm pretty sure i appeared in someone else's shot too, looking nothing short of ridiculous lol.

most of you should have realized by now that i like my photos taken in portrait style, even for landscape scenery.

despite being extremely touristy, i heart venice for all its quaint and rustic feel.
did you know that there are no cars or other land vehicles in venice? what a pity this beautiful water city could well disappear into the sea in decades to come!
