dinner at sakura on tues after half a day of shopping (did i forget to mention that we quarrelled with the rudest shop auntie i've ever met! UGH! seriously, what happened to manners?) i had twin fish fried rice, recommended by ping and it was MM as usual. ping was happily contented with her crispy noodles. we had fried wantons too! the simple pleasure of enjoying good food and company :)

tried curduroy and finch for the first time since juls has been raving about it for a long time. i had apple&pinenut crostata which was so-so i thought and oreos milkshake which was quite nice (billybombers's still the best!)
juls opted for a change from the usual egg benedict and ordered pancakes with eggs and hash. the pancakes were fluffy and MM!
